In our first session, we’ll use a therapy agreement to make sure there’s clarity on important issues like confidentiality, professional note-keeping, and cancellation policy.
I work with an open-ended contract, so you’ll be free to have as many or as few sessions as you’d like.
I’ll aim for us to review the work after six or eight sessions, so that we can help make sure it’s as helpful for you as it can be. This also means that, wherever possible, we’ll both commit to ongoing therapy until you feel the work is complete.

Individuals
Working one-to-one, we’ll go at your pace and prioritise the issues that are most important to you. We’ll be open to new areas of work becoming clear, and collaborate on making the therapeutic process as helpful for you as we can.

Relationships/couples
Whether you’re hoping to grow your intimacy, improve communication and trust, make a difficult decision together, or find an amicable way to end – we’ll focus on the issues and challenges which most affect your relationship.

In-person
I offer face-to-face sessions at 96 Harley Street, in central London. Many clients prefer meeting in-person, and find that the experience of travelling to a location that’s not their home is a helpful part of the therapeutic process.

Online
Zoom sessions work well for a lot of clients, with benefits including reduced travel time, and flexibility in where you call in from. If you’re interested in online sessions, please make sure you’ll have a safe, confidential space to use for each session.
